SMALL DETAILS. EVERYDAY DIFFERENCE.
Everything a good notebook remembers.
Simple on the surface. Thoughtful underneath.
01
A library that stays organized
Rename and bookmark recordings. Browse by date, change the sort order, or bring in an
existing audio file.
02
Listen from the right moment
Jump from a transcript timestamp to the audio. Seek, skip 15 seconds, and choose from
five playback speeds.
03
Put a name to a voice
Automatic speaker grouping on Android, plus editable labels, recording-wide renaming,
and split or merge tools.
04
Make the transcript yours
Read long conversations in sections. Find a phrase, edit one passage at a time, and
correct speaker names or timings.
05
Find the unfinished things
Filter by open actions, bookmarks, or date. Revisit recent searches and mark action
items complete as you go.
06
Keep moving while it works
Background processing and saved checkpoints help notes resume. Search can continue
while you move around the app.
07
Offline AI, ready when you are
Guided model downloads with file verification. Choose a smaller or larger
transcription model and add search languages.
08
Give your phone some breathing room
Skip silence, choose Cool CPU processing, or try optional GPU acceleration. Manage
model files, recordings, and temporary storage.
09
A notebook that knows your name
A personal welcome, a quiet animated launch, and a few clear settings. No account
needed to make it your own.

◇ Premium
Advanced audio quality
Higher-bitrate recording for the conversations you want to keep.
128 kbps audio · Standard uses 64 kbps

verified before use. Larger models may be slower and use more memory and battery; higher
precision does not guarantee better results. You can switch back to standard models.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your words. Your device. Your say.
Transcripts, summaries, and search are processed on your phone. Your recordings stay out
of the cloud.
Local by nature.
01
Encrypted where they belong
The native app encrypts saved notes and audio on your device. Add app lock to
require device authentication when you return.
02
Keep the audio. Or let it go.
Choose Keep, Never, or Ask each time. Audio is kept if transcription fails, so you
can try again.
03
Download once. Think offline.
Install your models, then record, transcribe, summarize, and search without an
internet connection.
04
Sharing is always your choice
No account, analytics, or cloud AI service. Export a note only when you want to take
it somewhere else.
A CLOSER LOOK
Made for the way you come back to things.
Read it. Share it. Make it your own.
Every word, easy to revisit.
A readable transcript with the original moment just a tap away.
Useful beyond your notebook.
Share by email or WhatsApp. Export PDF, Markdown, transcript text, or retained
audio.
Just the controls you need.
Recording, offline AI, and storage. Everything has a place.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before you press record.
Does sumrze work without internet?+
Yes, after the initial model downloads in the mobile app. Speech recognition,
summaries, and search run locally. Setup downloads model files from their publishers;
it does not upload your recordings.
What can I search for?+
Use words, exact phrases, a person, or a topic. In the mobile app, you can speak a
question or search by meaning. Answers include source excerpts so you can check the
original context.
What about languages and speakers?+
Choose Auto or one of 40 transcription languages, including English, Spanish, French,
Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Swahili, Hindi, Bengali, and Tamil. The strip
above shows every available language choice. These options use the multilingual
Whisper models; accuracy varies by language, model, and recording, especially for
low-resource languages and mixed speech. Meaning search across languages uses the
optional free BGE-M3 model; the Nomic search models are English-focused. Summaries
preserve source text, and generated titles and answers depend on the selected language
model. Android can group speakers in recordings up to 30 minutes long; review and
correct its labels.
Can I keep or delete the original audio?+
Choose Keep, Never, or Ask each time in Recording settings. Automatic removal waits
for a saved transcript, and failures retain audio for retry. You can also remove
retained audio from Storage while keeping the transcript and notes.
Is the app available yet?+
sumrze is currently an Android preview, with iOS development in progress. The browser
preview supports recording, playback, editing, word search, and export; it does not
run local AI or provide native encryption. Mobile background work depends on the
operating system. Review AI-generated summaries, answers, and speaker labels against
the source.
